Student Work and Projects

You retain ownership of code and projects you create while learning. However, by submitting work to our platform for review or sharing in community areas, you grant us a non-exclusive license to display that content for educational and promotional purposes.

Payment and Refunds

Course fees are clearly displayed before enrollment. Payments are processed securely through our payment providers. All prices are in Australian Dollars unless otherwise stated.

Subscription Services

If you subscribe to ongoing access plans, your subscription automatically renews at the end of each billing cycle until you cancel. You can cancel anytime through your account settings, effective at the end of the current billing period.

User Conduct and Community Guidelines

Selovarix fosters a supportive learning environment. When participating in forums, submitting questions, or interacting with other students, you agree to maintain respectful and constructive communication.

Unacceptable Behavior

• Harassment, discrimination, or abusive language toward instructors or students
• Posting spam, advertisements, or irrelevant content
• Sharing solutions to assignments in ways that enable cheating
• Impersonating instructors, staff, or other students
• Disrupting the learning experience of others

We reserve the right to remove content and suspend or terminate accounts that violate these guidelines without prior notice or refund.

Disclaimers and Limitations

While we work hard to provide accurate and valuable programming education, we cannot guarantee specific outcomes. Your success depends on your effort, prior experience, and application of the material.

Educational Content

No Employment Guarantees

Termination

Upon termination, your right to access course materials ceases immediately. Provisions regarding intellectual property, disclaimers, and limitations of liability survive termination.

Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms of Use are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of the platform will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Sydney, New South Wales.

If any provision of these terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in full effect.
